H.E. Mindrolling Jetsün Khandro Rinpoche is one of the few female Rinpoches of our time. She is the oldest daughter of the head of the Nyingma tradition, H.H. Mindrolling Trinchen. She was later recognized by H.H. the 16th Karmapa as the incarnation of the “Great Dakini of Tsurphu”, Khandro Orgyen Tsomo. Rinpoche is the founder and Spiritual Director of the retreat centre Samten Tse in Mussoori, India. She also manages her father’s monastery, the main seat of the Mindrolling tradition in Dehra Dun in India. She teaches in English and is well-known for her exceptionally clear, direct, and profound teachings.
